Reporting Platform Slowness

Due to several factors, users may occasionally experience platform slowness. In order to resolve these issues quickly, we’ve outlined the steps you can take to assist our engineering team in investigating the problem.

If you encounter slowness on the platform, please follow these steps:

  1. Provide the URL: Share the exact URL of the page where the slowness is occurring.
  2. Include the Timestamp: Note the exact time the slowness occurred, including your time zone.
  3. Capture Network Load Times
    • Right-click on the page and select “Inspect”.
    • Navigate to the Network tab.
    • Refresh the page or repeat the action causing slowness.
    • Sort the network data by Time and take a screenshot of this information.
  4. Once you have this information, please send it to your Uncountable representative.
