For all uploaders, please provide:
- The raw, unmodified file generated by the Instrument in its original file format. Note: The file must be readable by non-proprietary software (e.g., .xlsx, .csv, .txt., etc.).
- An annotated/highlighted version of the file (saved as an .xlsx) that indicates the types of data that should be extracted and the correct mapping of the fields.
Below is an overview of the types of fields that can be mapped from an uploader. We need the team’s assistance to apply the following color-coding in the raw data files for the instrument files provided. Note: Selected colors do not matter, as long as they are consistent across all files for Uncountable team to easily interpret.
Output = Measured Property
- Dependent variable that cannot be controlled as part of the test
- Can be numeric, curve, categorical, text, image, file upload, and more
Condition Parameter = Test Condition
- Independent variable that is controlled as part of the test
- Can be tied to the preparation of the sample (conditioning, aging, etc.) or conditions at the time of the test (temperature, humidity, applied stress, etc.)
- Can be numeric or text
Output Metadata = Test Information
- Reference information related to the test
- Can be tied to equipment details, operator who performed the test, test date, etc.
