If an output has default condition parameters, these conditions will be automatically applied when the output is added to a visualization. If you are trying to plot an output and receive the following error message, you likely need to edit the output’s default conditions: “Output with specified conditions has no data – please look at adjusting conditions”.

Consider an example scenario where the Tensile Strength output has Method B and 50°C default condition parameters set.

In a recipe, users can still overwrite these default conditions manually. In the screenshot below, the Tensile Strength output now has Method C set as a condition parameter.

When the plotting the Tensile Strength output on the Explore Data page, since the output has default conditions, the platform will first attempt to plot the output with those defaults (Method B and 50°C), which will return the error message.
To address this issue, you will need to adjust the Tensile Strength condition parameters to match the conditions manually set on the recipe you are plotting. On the original Explore Data UI, this can be done within the Conditions tab of the output’s settings:
