To track and manage equipment, access the dedicated Equipment page within the “Lab” tab of the navigation bar.
On the Equipment page, users can view a listing of equipment stored in the platform, including which lab it is located in, its status, and the time of its next scheduled action. Select from the listing to view an equipment’s details page.

For each piece of equipment, users can monitor the equipment’s status (A)— such as In Use, Broken, On Loan, or Archived— and track details other such as:
- Cost
- Vendor information
- Operating Instructions
- Specifications

You can also track maintenance and calibration schedules, which can be set up for specific intervals (i.e. every 3 months) or specific dates.
