  4.  + Request: Create and send a lab request for the technicians once you finished creating a formulation without switching to another page.
  5.  Organization:
  • Show Recommended Outputs: based on which outputs were used a lot in the past in the current project, our system will suggest the most used ones.
  • Clear Blank Measurements: deletes all the measurements without values in the row from the view
  • Select Output Rows: apply or delete Condition Parameters to several measurements at the same time
  • Collapse All Tables: minimize rows,
  • Sorting and Organization Options: put your measurements in the order you prefer + add Condition parameters as a column or a table for clearer view. You can save this organization; it will be applied either across the whole Material Family or the selected Project only. IMPORTANT: Confirming changes will update the organization of outputs in this project for all users.
  • Save Measurement Views: save the organization you created + the measurement list in the selection. IMPORTANT: Confirming changes will update the organization of outputs in this project for all users. You can also share your organization with other users.
  • Load Measurement Views: Load the organization you saved from the previous point.
  1.   + Add Measurements: to add the outputs which you need to test or already tested. Another option is to use Add outputs on the left side of the current recipe.
  2. Search Actions: if you know the name of the feature you want to apply just type the name of it there to find it quicker.
  3. Add to experiments group: Group experiments together, which will be visible on the Dashboard view (Experiments listing view). Grouping experiments could be used for similar experiments without creating a sub-project.
  4. Label: Download the label of the selected experiment.
  5. Lock: By locking the selected experiment you are making this recipe not editable for other users and yourself. Usually, only the user who locked an experiment or admins can unlock it.
  6. + Create Test Sample: a button used to create new Test Samples directly from the Measurements page of an Experiment.
  7. Copy Experiment: Copy a selected experiment with all the ingredient and process parameters and it will appear next to the selected experiment.
  8. Related experiments: If you use experiments (Example: polymer recipe) as components of a new experiment (Example: using Polymer in Adhesive), or if you use Test Samples, you can see the relations between all the experiments.
  9. Delete: To delete a selected experiment you need to click on this button and type Delete.
  10. Use in New experiment: Add the selected experiment to a new Experiment as a component (Example: use a Polymer experiment as an ingredient to an Adhesive experiment).
  11.  Get COA (Certificate of analysis): Download a word format with test results and specs.
  12.  Upload Data: drag and drop your machine files with test results without entering them manually. The file uploader will be configured by the Uncountable team in advance. Preferable formats are xlsx., csv. and txt. Contact your dedicated account manager for more information.

Active Experiment Tab

18.  Decrement Inventory: Change the Inventory amount of the ingredients straight away from this page once ingredients with values are added into the recipe. You can also use a barcode system to be able to identify the lot and inventory location automatically.

19.  Add to Other project: Add the selected experiment to another project folder straight from this page. It does not create a copy but adds the experiment into the second location. If the experiment is changed in one project, it is automatically changed in the other one as well.

20.  Use in New Experiment: see (15).

21.  Lock: see (10).

22.  Copy Experiment: see (12).

23.  Delete: see (14).

24.  Share: Share your experiments with colleagues by adding users or a group of users. You can also set up a permission option here (Example: Read only, Write Inputs).

25.  Related Experiments: see (13).

26.  Chain Of Custody: create and sign a chronological documentation on your recipe.

27.  Audit log: View the history of all user’s actions. In case several users are working on the experiment it’s a good way to check what changes are done. You are also able to add an Audit log as a side panel.

Display Tab

28. Specs: make your pre-set up Spec visible on the Enter measurements page. The Spec row will appear over the Experiment Metadata. You can Edit your spec straight from the page, change it to a completely different set of goals or create a new one.

29.  Experiments Viewed: add or remove experiments from the view.

30.  Specs Columns appear in front of your measurement results. (1) Show Project Spec adds a project specific spec, (2) Show/Hide Specs from other projects. It’s an option to add several spec columns. (3) Hide all specs if you need to have extra space or simply want to hide specs columns.

31. Organization: see (5).

32. Ruler: use for Unit conversion and Rounding/Formatting options. Create your own Unit conversion group and apply it whenever you need it.

33.  Replicates: when having several experiments selected in the view, this function lets you see the value of each replicate separately. The default option shows the average value of all replicates.

34.  Search Measurements function helps to quickly find the output result row from the Enter Measurements page. It is useful when you have a long list of test results and are searching for a particular one.

35. Inventory: assign your produced and tested sample to an Inventory location.

36. Image preview: see your image-type outputs without downloading or opening a new tab.

37.  Experiment Metadata: make the details of your experiment visible on the top of the page. (Ex: Creation date).

38. Test Sample Header: Allows you to display test sample Inputs or Metadata directly in the header of each Test Sample on the Measurements page of the Parent Experiment. For instance, if you would like the Aging Temperature (Process Parameter) or Technician (Metadata) to be displayed directly on the Measurements page, you can select those using this button. The selected options will persist once you’ve made the changes and left the page.
