In Uncountable, users have the ability to control their notification preferences through the User Subscriptions and email settings. This guide will walk you through managing platform notifications and email alerts to ensure you stay informed in the way that suits you best.
Accessing Notification Settings
To adjust your notification and email settings, follow these steps:
1. Click “Notifications”
Locate and select Notifications in the bottom left corner of your navigation bar. This will open a window previewing recent notifications in your inbox.
2. Go to Inbox
From the notification preview, you can click Go to Inbox to access your personal notifications page. This is where you’ll see a detailed list of your platform alerts.
3. User Subscriptions Tab
From your notifications page, navigate to the User Subscriptions tab. This section provides access to your notification and email subscription settings, where you can choose how and where you receive updates from Uncountable.
User Subscription Settings
Within the User Subscriptions tab, users can opt in or out of platform and email notifications.
- Platform Notifications: Toggle on/off the the primary checkbox to configure in-app alerts.
- Email Notifications: In addition to platform updates, toggling on/off the secondary checkbox enables email notifications.

Opting In/Out of Export Emails
In a recent platform update, users now receive emails and platform notifications by default when an export has completed. To disable this setting, navigate to User Subscriptions and configure Listing Export Complete:
- Checking both boxes will trigger both platform and email notifications.
- Checking just the first box will trigger only a platform notification.
- Unchecking both boxes will disable export notifications entirely.
